Syracuse Medical Facility Progressing

MH Professional Engineering is serving as the lead plumbing engineer for the design of a new, 57,000-square-foot outpatient medical facility and an 8,000-square-foot renovation of an existing outpatient medical facility in Syracuse, New York..

The Syracuse Community Health Center contains a geothermal system -- used as the first stage of domestic water heating to reduce energy usage.

Piping, including domestic water, compressed air, and vacuum, was also designed for a 10-chair dental suite.

The design is compliant with NFPA 99 Healthcare Facilities Code and FGI Guidelines for Outpatient Facilities.
